Artist Statement

My artwork is about showcasing the urban built environment.
Showing the existing structures, architectural details, infrastructure, transit,
​graffiti, the ordinary, benign and not so frequently viewed perspectives of the city.
Showing the often over looked small details that tell a story, the history and
the "lived in" feeling of mostly my home city of Philadelphia.
My medium of choice is painting on canvas, murals and custom signage
using acrylic, latex and spray paint. 
I hope to capture the streets in its current moment in time.
